Don't. Assuming this is your school's filters you are trying to bypass, just don't try. You will get caught, because the sysops are very serious about this stuff. Just surf freely at home.
There are certainly legitimate uses for this programme or type of programme.
However, if it is used in a school environment it's not what LQ supports, defeating common sense rules is not what we are about.
The standard sysadmin answer to attempts, is to add content filtering to the existing proxy as well as a ban on using ip numbers in a url. So the technology exists to block attempts. That's just a matter of time..
Despite how tempting it is to find the "high tech" solution, and the kudos for doing it, don't go there. Rather spend your time making better firewalls. It's exactly the same knowledge but used constructively..
