Question how to set apache server with internal ip for external viewers

Hi there.

I have Linux installed in my laptop, and i'm in a small home network with other three persons. We hava a cable access to internet, so we use an old pc (PI 166 running windows 98 ) as router. I ha ve apache running on my laptop, and it was very easy to set the server to my small network ( all the others use windows ). But now i want to put my webpage on-line but i dont know how, because only the router pc has an external ip, and i have an internal ip. I dont want to put the server in the router pc ( that should be easy and i wont be asking this ), i want to run it from my laptop. So please someone can explain me how can i get persons to view my web-page without having to run the server in the pc with the external ip .

Thank you for your time.

You will have to install a firewall in your router computer and forward all traffic from port 80 to your laptop. The are some comercial firewall for windows that will do the job.
My advice, install Linux on your router computer and you can setup a NAT with ip forwarding easely.
