Unhappy How to secure MAC Address via FIREWALL

Hi All,

For example I have 4 Desktop Computer

each computer it has different MAC Address.

1. aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff for PC1
2. ff:ee:dd:cc:bb:aa for PC2
3. bb:cc:dd:ee:ff:aa for PC3
4. dd:ee:ff:aa:bb:cc for PC4

I used DHCP server to assigned automatically IP address

1. 192.168.0.5 for PC1
2. 192.168.0.6 for PC2
3. 192.168.0.7 for PC3
4. 192.168.0.8 for PC4

then for the PC1 and PC2 has Internet Connection but for the PC3 and PC4 no permission to access Internet

My question is How can I secure my Internet Access for the PC3 and PC4 that the original IP is xxx.xx.x.7 and 8.
When the PC1 and PC2 are oFF and they will manually typing the IP 192.168.0.5 or 192.168.0.6 that this two has internet access including DNS1 and DNS2 in the PC3 and PC4. Obviously it will have internet access.

1. 192.168.0.5 When PC1 is OFF
2. 192.168.0.6 When PC2 is OFF
3. 192.168.0.5 for PC3 - Manually typing IP to access internet
4. 192.168.0.6 for PC4 - Manually typing IP to access internet

I dont want PC3 and PC4 to have internet access even they know the IP that has internet access.

Is it possible to secured the MAC Address with IP address whenever the users changing they IP address?

Hope you understand my english

please need help.

Thanks
