Cool how to run Squid and Apache on port 80 simultaneously.

Can anyone tell me how to run squid proxy as well as Apache web server on the same port "80" So that both can run transparently.

Well this is not possible since only 1 application can bind a port. It is just possible if you use 2 ip addresses and bind Apache and Squid to a different one. For Apache this is the Listen-configuration option (by default it listens on all interfaces). For squid you might need to check the configuration file and/or documentation.
