Exclamation how to run acrobat


I did find my executable file acroreader in the dir:/usr/local/Acrobat5/bin
but I still can't run them. when I double click it, there is a warning appears:Warning: charset "UTF-8" not supported, using "ISO8859-1"
please tell me why.
