how to re-initialize the SCTP protocol using ns2?
 

Hi guys
The problem is when I make the hand over the sctp does not keep its continuity and stop after finishing the current session it does not initialize itself !!!!. In other word is there any method to force the sctp to be re-initialized after making the hand over (using $sctp1 set primary-destination $mnode1) or any other hand over technique .?
