How to pass an argument to DHCPCD ?


Hi

I want to pass the following argument to DHCPCD [dhcpcd -R], when how do I do that actually? When does this deamon actually run?

What distro do U have??

if U use Slack, the file is
/etc/rc.d/rc.inet1.conf
and
/etc/rc.d/rc.inet1

if other try in
/etc/rc(WhateverrunlevelUuse).d
example
/etc/rc4.d

Using Mandrake 10.1

/etc/rc4.d is a directory!?

cd /etc/rc4.d

and

grep dhcpcd *


this tell you the file where dhcpcd is called
