How to grant domain Administrator privileges on Samba

I have installed Samba as a PDC, and file server too.

(by the way I am new on all this Linux/samba PDC)

I all works fine, BUT, I need to assign someone to be the Domain Manager so that can use MS Server Manager to administer it.

Do ya mean something like...
smbpasswd -a root

I really don't know, does this links a user of the domain as a Domain Manager?
Seems to me this only adds root to the smbpasswd file, but not sure...

My question is how do I tell samba that "JohnDoe" may administer the domain manually or by ussing a tool like "MS Server Manager"

Problem is that each user that logs on the domain looses the ability to administer users that may come into their machine,

So I presume there must be a way and a place to tell the domain that some user may enter into a resourse of a given machine and some other user may not do so.
