How to get "link speed" on "struct net_device *dev" ?

Dear Sir.

I'm want to get a link speed of network device. In kernel space.

I'm review kernel code and struct net_device.

But, can't found "link speed".

How to get or set "link speed" on kernel space?

Thank you.

The net_device doesn't include the link speed. The link speed is in NIC driver space.
