How to find the router


Hello,
Can neone tell me how to find which router is behind firewall through linux??

I wanted to download some files through IRC But we have a firewall set so I am not able to download them.
Plz suggest me some way to get through this....

You have to set a rule on your firewall, that allows connections to your client on TCP Port 6667 per default (as far as i know ) for IRC filesharing.
