How to find MAC address over ADSL network?

I'm searching one ADSL user, which is spaming in our forums. We need to find any way to recognize him for banning. He's using dynamic IP address and deleting cookies after closing browser. How to find MAC address over ADSL network? Is there any software to do this?

I don't believe a MAC address will provide you any useful information. See this link: MAC Address.

Specifically this quote:

so a host cannot determine, from the MAC address of another host, whether that host is on the same layer 2 network segment as the sending host or a network segment bridged to that network segment and, if it's not, cannot determine the MAC address of a router that is on the same network segment as the sending host or a segment bridged to that network segment and that can help route the packet to the destination host.
Hope this helps,
