How to discover my rwin value

I have cable Internet access and I am playing around with rwin settings. I can see differences in performance but I have no way to find out what my rwin is set to. Web-based analysers only see Charter's server since my IP address is assigned through DHCP. Is there a tool or command I can use to see what my rwin value is?

Thanks,
Ted.
