Hi,
You might try VNC (RealVNC or TightVNC; just google for it), though this one only gives you a remote desktop , then you might try xdmcp using xwin32 on windows this is remote login.

Hi serafean,

Thanks for it,can just explain me about xdmcp using xwin32.Whether it is server and client which has to be installed in linux and which has to be install in windows

You can also consider cygwin, it is a very good x server in MS windows. it is compatiabe to most x applications

All right, to be able to connect to Linux from windows using xdmcp, you must have the xdmcp server running (in Gnome, it's in the login options)as well as the x server (i think).
When you install xwin32 on windows, you install both client and server, all depends on what you activate. You then need a working network connection (the faster the better).
Good luck
