how to configure MTS MBLAZE Mobile Broadband USB Modem,Model : AC2746


Not working "MTS MBLAZE Mobile Broadband USB Modem,Model : AC2746" in fedora14 but in windows it is working fine.
I tired the below steps as per MTS MBLAZE manual. But no internet.
Please help out from this.



Step-1: Configured wvdial.con as below using vim edittor

#vim /etc/wvdial.conf

[Dialer Defaults]

Modem Type = Analog Modem

Step 2: Typed wvdial command, the below output appeared and not got the prompt back. No indication like connected or some thing else

When you are connected to the network, try this commands and tell us the output:

Code:
ip link show
ip addr show
ip route show
Then, try to ping the router set up for your ppp connection, if it doesn't ping, it doesn't mean it won't work, but if it does ping, you know the connection is working. Then try pinging other things like your dns servers or any other public host... if the ping works, then yuo know you have layer 3 connectivity set up correctly... then try to resolve names... if it doesn't work, it's a dns problem. Let's start from there... hope that can help you figure out where the problem is.
