As new to the Linux, I would be grateful if you tell me how I can install and configure DHCP server on Linux. please let me know about your valuable ideas in this regards. your help in this matter will be highly appreciated.

Does it make any difference on configuration, if you use class A address?.
What is your distro ?
Simply use package manager from your distro to install it. Then you wiil have a default confiog which may work. Have a look at /etc/ directory to modify config

For soft installation on Fedora: http://www.fedorafaq.org/#installsoftware
then do a:"yum list available | grep -i dhcp"
then for installation: "yum install package_you_want"
For RedHat... you may also have "yum" software to install package, else find the rpm on the net and install it with "rpm -ivh my_package" command ... last solution, download source and compile
