how to capture payload


hello to all
i want to capture a payload with the help of tcpdump.
is it possible?
if so..
how i can capture it and where i can see it...
if not how can i able to get the payload in IP header?
please help
waiting for positive reply......

Here's an example to capture app web traffic to and from a server:

tcpdump -i eth0 -s 1550 -w ~/tcpdump.out 'tcp port 80 and host 192.168.0.1'

View it with:

tcpdump -r ~/tcpdump.out

or with Wireshare graphically.
