how to bock some ip for using the msn and yahoo


hi ..........firnd plz tell me ..........how to bock some ip for using the msn and yahoo i m using the squid....and 2nd probelm is that i want to create a complete detail of my every user on daliy basises that how much time they have spend on the chat and which side they have visited.... and also want to calulate their bandwith......... for the internet...only.......
