How to Bind External IP address to Internal IP address

Hello,
I have a few external IP's assigned to me by my ISP. I have IPcop as my router/firewall. I am wondering how to bind 1 of my external ip's to my internal ip address. So I do not have to port forward, etc. For Example, 77.77.77.77 to 192.168.1.123 and on the server it see's the external IP address.

Change your server IP address(192.168.1.123) to that address or put another LAN card into it(then patch it into the switch) or copy the old IP address then edit it to fit for 77.77.77.77

What did you do? -- You did not post back w/ either more Q's or w/ the solution you implemented.

I am running SmoothWall Express 3 & can probably suggest where to poke around in the IPCop admin. interface to do what you need. I am not clear if you want your sever at 192.168.1.123 to be in a DMZ or remain on your LAN.

BTW, I prefer 444.333.222.111 for a bogus IP address
