Lightbulb How to administrate one root from another and make it a dummy one

is it possible to administrate one root from another root in the network and if the answer is yes then how to get it done.

If you wish to be root at another machine on your network, then yes, this is possible, but ssh is normally set up not to allow logins as root.
So, establish a connection as a normal user ssh me@remotehost then become root by either using su or sudo, depending on your distro.

is their any other way to get in to the remote host from machine and get the control of the system

TightVNC can be used for remote access.
