How do i use a hostname given by No-IP as my machine name?

Hi all.
I use a No-IP service for my server. I want a hostname i have from No-IP to be my machine's name instead of one i get from my ISP. How do i need to configure it?

127.0.0.1	localhost
What i need to do? To add a line with hostname i get from No-IP?
