how do i boot from network?


i have a laptop without an operating system. now, i want to install from a live cd but theres something wrong with my cdrom and i cant install any os at all. i found an option "boot from network". how does that work?

Kickstart allows a small config file on your machine to initiate the install from a network mounted filesystem.

OK, and I'm probably making this messier than necessary.

To INSTALL(rather than boot) from a network source try:
