How can I share my Internet connection with other LAN ms windows users

Hello, I'm totally new using Linux (2 days so far), I'm currently using Mandrake 9.0, I have two network adapters Macronix and via rhine, I use Macronix to connect to my ISP, and the other to connect to the LAN. I was working this way perfectly using Windows XP, and now that I have switched to Linux I can't / I don't know how to see the other LAN users nor share my internet conection with them. I've been trying to manually configure the network adapters values using netconf, and from Mandrake Control Center: Share Connection, But I feel like being blind and just making the trouble worst by touching everything without knowing the exact meaning.

in redhat i do ip masquerade to share connection. i don't know about mandrake 9.0 config programs, but ip masquerade is a kernel thing so determine what version your kernel is then study this:

ip masq howto

there are scripts available. you just have to change things like eth0, eth1, ip addresses.
