How can i get a windows partition in the LAN to my Linux Machine?

i want to share files with a windows machine..
is there any possibility to share the windows partition which is in the network with my Linux machine
please give me the details

Some options:
1) You can use the Samba client to access files on a MSWin box you have shared.
2) You can purchase the MS Unix tools package (~$150 last I looked) to share the MSWin files via NFS
3) Setup an ftp server on your MSWin box
