How Can I assign same ip to a mac?

Hello.

I am currently designing a small network that includes wireless APs and routers. I need to assign specific ip to macs for example: mac ff:00:ff:ff:00:00 will always get ip address 192.168.2.100. I know this can be done with dhcp3-server but, I noticed that the only way of doing this is by hostname:

host user{
hardware xxxxxxxxxx;
ip xxxxxxx;
}
or something like that.

I would like to rely on host name since that can be changed easily, I know macs can be spoofed as well but is harder.

How can I use the machine's mac to assign an ip to it?

Thanks in advanced for your help.

I tested this and noticed that this is the actual hostname dhcp server will assign to that address. I thought it had to be the client's actual hostname or computer name.

This option does exactly what I needed.

Thanks.
