homes directory with NT4 domain

Okay,

I've got our server doing authentication using winbind (mandrake 8.2) with our NT4 PDC. I want it set up so that whenever a domain user accesses the server, it creates a home directory.

I can't get it to create the directories on the fly (do I have to create a local user to get that to work?). I may have also really screwed up the home share (I'm using SWAT).

What settings should I have? What do I need to do?

Thanks in advance!!
