I have a linux server at home hosting a paticular website with 1 IP dynamic, but when I go to other web site looking information or just surfing around I would like to keep my IP private and avoid to leave or show the website IP to everybody

NO! ;-)
...except use an external proxy-server/service!
in normal case your IP will always be visible. advantage of using a http-proxy like squid & co is only for serving bandwidth and so on....if you dial in to inet your provider gives you one IP and thatīs the IP which is visible from outside. if you want a different IP you must use a proxyservice (with a different IP)!
