help required to join ubuntu breezy to windows 2003 active directory

hello

Till this time i was managing the windows network of ads 2003 with 2000 professional and xp clients. Now we are planning to migrate all the clients to ubuntu linux.

My requirements are the following.
The users have home directories in the windows 2003 server.
I need the linux users to login to the domain and execute the login scripts and the home directories.

If any body can provide the step by step process of implementing, it will be great help for me.
