i recently got an adsl connection. i used an ethernet connection with my router and everything went fine.
now i'm trying to configure the iptables firewall with guarddog.
i checkd the protocols i want to permit(such as dns, http, ftp, etc) and after that i had problem configuring azureus and limewire p2p programs(i've done port forwarding to my router).

i read that limewire uses port 6346 as default. i forwarded this port to my router with udp and tcp, and everything went fine before setting up guarddog.i checked the gnutella option in guarddog and then i manually configured the needed udp protocol and checked it in internet and local zones(read that it is also needed in local zone). after that limewire runs slowly and sometimes can't connect, but if i turn off guarddog everything is fine.

i did the same work in order to configure azureus and finally it couldn't conntect at all.

ehat can i do in order to configure fine guarddog?do you have any idea????
