httpd not running, trying to start
(99)Cannot assign requested address: make_sock: could not bind to address 192.168.8.9:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Some other service is atteched to port 80.
Look through your startup scrips, and ps -A
Make sure httpd isn't running.. and... try to kill as many things as you can. Find out what's using it.
