Help!!!

i am at a school and i want to set up roaming user accounts for a linux server. The computers are running Windows 2000. The server is running UBUNTU. SAMBA is installed is installed on the server. This is an assignment from my comp tech teacher. If anyone can help me, that would be great. I know this is complicated, but i REALLY need the help.
