Has ifcfg-eth0 file been changed in FC6?

Hi,

I want to configure Virtual IPs in FC6. I know to do this through the system-config-network command. However, I don't know where the configuration of every real and virtual IPs is stored in FC6.

I know it used to be the file ifcfg-ethx in FC2, containing the IP address, network address, subnet mask, hardware address. But the same file in FC6 does not contain this information any more.

Does FC6 stores it in some other file? If yes, please someone direct me to the correct file.

My purpose is to retain the virtual IPs across the system reboots.

Regards,
Rajat
