iam typing "service networking start" in terminal but appears PID file/var/run/dhclient old client process, remove PID file. networking stop/waiting

use the sart(8)utility, e.g. start networking stop/waiting

Do you type in 'service networking stop' command before? You can try service networking restart, it will do stop and start again.

yes, i try service networking restart and my laptop hang

It look like the network driver is wrong. You should use lspci, lsmod and dmesg to across checking the network driver.
