Hello,

I have configured RH 7.3 on IBM X series server and activated the
ftp service on it by updating wu-ftpd file (disable=no) and running

Please Help.

Do you have

1. IPTables running
2. TCPWrappers (host.allow, hosts.deny in /etc)

What message do you get when you

telnet <IP Address> 21
