Exclamation FTP not working on red hat 7.2


My server is working almost totally fine, but I can't use FTP, I have no idea why is this happening, maybe it's because it have the FTP ports (21) closed but I don't know how to open them. Plz, help me with that

I just scaned my server with Nmap and it said that ftp port 21 was opens, but still, I can't use ftp... why?
