I've been working on billing software at http://www.citrusdb.org. It's nearing release candidate status right now.

I too am trying to decide on what billing system to use. I need to sell web hosting and subscription services - preferably integrated with affiliate software. Does anyone have any experience with jbilling? Good, bad.....

Sourceforge.net has vTiger and Compiere. I've been trying to set up vTiger but I have not had the time. vTiger also works on Windows. It's always nice to have multiplatform software.
