forwarding to isps dns

hi.

i got the following problem in conjunction with bind dns 9(.1.2):

i tried to establish a forwar-entry within named.conf to allow forwarding of queries to my isp's dns for domains that don't exist on my local dns.
well - the establishment itself was no problem :-)
it seems that queries won't be forwarded or i simply don't get replies from my isp's dns.

that's what ive added:
forwarders { 195.3.96.67; 195.3.96.68; };
forward first; (also tried with forward only)

is it possible that my isp denies such forwards or do i made something wrong? and btw - yes i've added my local nameserver to resolv.conf.

help would be appreciated!
thanks in advance...

Hi..

ISPs can deny forwarding. Enable debug and check the forwared query logs
