I'm trying to get calls forwarded to a cell phone automatically, when dialer presses '5' (like "press 'one' for sales... etc). This has worked earlier, but not any more? I can read a "wrong password" but that hasn't changed? And there's no problem calling any number, including cell phones. I haven't made any configuration-changes except in virtualswitches/ourcompany.conf where I added one phonenumber (mine) which works fine.
Setup is this: Our company cooperates with a phonecompany ("Telecom") to get out on the phonelines, what we have ourselves is a machine running Asterisk for us and our clients. The accounts are stored in a Mysql database, read in realtime.
Please excuse me for asking too soon - I know that I have to read & learn more about Asterisk before I can handle it, I
will do that - however this is very urgent. I'm new on the job, and today I'm the only tech in the company and I simply must have that redirection to work pretty immediately. Everybody here thinks I've screwed it up...
Output from Asterisk-console:
Code:
