Cool Failover in Linux (CentOS)

Hello Linux Experts,

Here is my existing scenario.

1) I have a router with 2 LAN & 1 WAN Interface.

2) I have 2 different ISP Lines

3) Due to limitation of single WAN Port, if either ISP line is down, then i have to reach locally to shift onto another backup ISP.

4) Client don't want to spend thousand of rupees to purchase new router ethernet card to make 2 WAN interfaces & to create "Fail Over" on router.

5) Router is having OSPF

So, I would like to know if I can put "Linux Box" with 2 network interface for "Fail Over" mechanism. Simply, i want to replace the router.

Is it possible? If YES, then what type of solution is available.
