failed dependencies when installing telnet server


hi guys,

While installing telnet-server-0.17-37.i386.rpm on fedora core 5 on my box i got the following failed dependencies:
rtld(GNU_HASH) is needed by telnet-server-0.17-37.i386.rpm
xinetd is needed by telnet-server-0.17-37.i386.rpm

please help me resolve this problem

I am not certain, but it looks like this package is in the standard yum repository for fedora.

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pu...s/Fedora/RPMS/

You should use yum to install fedora packages whenever possible, as this is supposed to eliminate dependecy problems.
