Question Explicit proxy configuration NOT transparent using TinyProxy + Dansguardian + Mozilla

I'm attempting to follow Alien Bob's wiki on setting up Parental control on the Linux desktop (and doing a miserable job at it apparently)

I see no mention of the browser application (ie mozilla) needing to be specifically configured for proxy access. I assume I would select the default:
" Use system proxy setttings " or perhaps the "No Proxy" setting in the Mozilla connection setting dialog box. But I am not sure either way.

To deploy this solution, a explicit proxy using tinyproxy, what setting should I select in the Mozilla - Preferences - Network - Settings - Configure proxies to Access the Internet dialog box??

Quote:
Nmap scan report for localhost (127.0.0.1)
Host is up (0.000032s latency).
Not shown: 994 closed ports
PORT STATE SERVICE
22/tcp open ssh
37/tcp open time
113/tcp open auth
3128/tcp open squid-http
6000/tcp open X11
8080/tcp open http-proxy

If you are looking for this setup for your workplace, I would recommend squid rather than TinyProxy. For home environment, you may want to keep things simple.
