exim4 relay

Hello. I'd installed Debian Linux (sarge) on one of my servers. For mail server I use exim4. But I got a tiny problem. I telnet localhost on port 25, give an ehlo, everything seems to be fine. But the big thing is if I send a mail from outside, i get a mail delivery failure ( error 550: relay not permitted). In the exim4 config file I'd got two entrys about relay: dc_relay_nets, and dc_relay_domains . Whitch one is the faulty? At nets I've written the domain name and the outside ip (My isp told me that he will not make an mx record for me until i have configured properly the mail server). THX, and I wait for your reply
