exim

Hi!
I'm running Exim 3.36 and i want to allow one User on the system to relay via this SMTP without authentication. So the user have to write f. e. peter@foo.com in the MAIL FROM request and then everything is accepted. (the client has a dynamic IP) Is this possible?
