eth0 /eth1 not starting on bootup

Hello,

I statically assigned my IP address in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth1 and am trying to have eth1 active on system boot up. However, it doesn't start when I start Redhat - I have to type "/sbin/ifconfig eth1 up" for it to start each time I turn on my Redhat VM. My file contents are:

Quote:
DEVICE=eth1
BOOTPROTO=static
NETWORK=192.168.10.0
NETMASK=255.255.255.0
IPADDR=192.168.10.120
BROADCAST=192.168.10.255
ONBOOT=yes
Any ideas why it wont start up on boot?
