Equal Bandwidth Distribution
Does any know some kind of management application,which can distribute the bandwidth equally?
My situation is i have 2Mb link internet link, and dynamic number of users.i want the bandwidth to get distributed to all the online users equally.It should not effect others if some one starts downloading.

i'd wonder if that's really what you want to do... i'd think you want to do more to look at traffic shaping than hard restrictions... check some of the thoughts in this guide... http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_Packet_Shaping
