DWA-131 Access Point - Debian : interface state UNINITIALIZED->DISABLED , AP-DISABLED

Hello,

I am trying to set up a DWA-131 USB wifi dongle as Access Point on a Debian (aarch64 arquitecture) using hostapd.

The issue I am experiencing is that I cannot configure it as AP:

Code:

Configuration file: /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf
nl80211: Could not configure driver mode
nl80211: deinit ifname=wlan1 disabled_11b_rates=0
nl80211 driver initialization failed.
wlan1: interface state UNINITIALIZED->DISABLED
wlan1: AP-DISABLED
hostapd_free_hapd_data: Interface wlan1 wasn't started

Seems a driver issue...

What is the correct way to enable AP with this device ?
Do someone has already experienced the same issue ?

Thanks.
Regards
