DUPLICATE: user account based firewall - raspi/arm compatible

I am looking for some software that will enable me to use a linux pc to limit access to a router based on user accounts. For example, let's say that you have 3 client PCs. Each of those PCs provides free public internet access. I would like to place a firewall between those PCs and the router. Anytime someone attempts to connect to the internet they would be prompted to either enter an id/password or to register a new account. All traffic would be logged and traceable to a user account. Is there any software that would provide these features? I need it to be cross-platform compatible and ideally I would like to install the software on a raspi or ARM device. It needs to support linux, windows and mac clients. Thanks for any suggestions.
