DUP packets generated due to some interface configurations !
Hi All,
I am facing a weird issue. I have two points A and B. when i ping from A to B , for a single echo request two (three) echo replies are seen in point A. The third one has point A as source and point B as dest. Two echo replies are seen originating from point B. When i ping from point B to point A. Everything happens fine. Wireshark caputure on point B shows correct req/reply pattern. But the ping app shows DUP packets !!@@!! I suspect some issue with the point B interface ? can somebody explain whats happening in point B interface ? BR S |
