DSL connections

i have squid proxy server .. i have 2 DSL connection, squid is using DSL1, DSL2 is normally used as a backup when DSL1 goes down.. i have allowed a lot of users streaming websites i.e youtube.com etc which normally consumes a lot of bandwidth and our DSL1 is having limited volume.

i want to distribute http traffice b/w DSL1 and DSL2, is there any way that whenever user access the streaming website i.e youtube.com, its traffic automatically redirects to DSL2 rather than squid (DSL1).. how can i add route.. where it will be added or is there any other way.. thanx
