lizardm LQ Newbie Registered: Apr 2004 Location: Lisbon Posts: 1 Rep:	Download stalls with linux mandrake Dear all I am accessing the internet through a (corporate) LAN and have to configure the system to go through a squid proxy. Browsing works fine but when downloading files, the system stalls. Mozilla and wget stop early and Konkeror will reach 1MB at good speed and then the downloads stops completelly at about 1.1 Mb. The problem does not occur when using windows98! I have first found the problem with Mandrake 9.2, then upgraded and made a new installation with 10.0 but the problem remains unchanged. Any clues?
