Download Speed

I host a Website http://virtz.ath.cx and i have a video section, but when someone seems to click on it, it takes rather long for any download to load, and for the download window to come up. if there is anyway i could speed this up, id really appreciate, i run XAMPP

Checked your site. Download speed of graphics is slooooooow indicating a slow upload your side. No problems with the download dialog box coming up my side. i.e. it was normal for any of the graphics files I tried.
You might like to try implementing mod_gzip on your server and see if that improves things.
